3. Puppy Sales / Deposit Policy
To reserve a puppy from Lionmark Frenchies:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any available or upcoming puppy.
- Deposits confirm serious intent and secure your place on our waitlist or selection list.
- Final selection of puppies is made based on order of approved applications and breeder discretion.
- Remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
- Puppies are typically ready to go to their new homes at 8–10 weeks of age, depending on health and development.
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of reservation.
4. Health Guarantee
All Lionmark French Bulldogs are raised with health, structure, and temperament as top priorities.
We provide a health guarantee covering:
- Genetic or congenital health conditions identified within the stated guarantee period
- Veterinary health check prior to placement
- Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before going home
This guarantee does NOT cover:
- Injuries after the puppy leaves our care
- Illness caused by neglect or improper care
- Environmental or accidental conditions
All puppies are sold in good health to the best of our veterinary knowledge at the time of sale.
5. Shipping / Delivery Policy
Lionmark Frenchies offers safe delivery options for families outside the local area.
Available options may include:
- In-person pickup at our location
- Flight nanny delivery (hand-carry service)
- Approved ground transport services
Important conditions:
- All transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed
- Puppies are never shipped unaccompanied in cargo for safety reasons
- Once the puppy is physically handed over to the buyer or their transport agent, responsibility transfers fully to the buyer
We prioritize the safety and comfort of every puppy during transport.
